That basically explains it all, I'm just going to list games I once owned and sold for some odd reason, and explain why they were sold and why I regretted it. Alot of these games well most likely be older games that most people never even heard of. But of course there well be newer games also. Matter of fact I plan on starting with a PS2 game. I well update as I remember more.
Odin Sphere - PS2 - 2007This game was based on Norse Mythology which is so much more interesting then most things of that nature. Basically you play 1 of 5 characters at a time in a interlocking story line. What was great about this it wasn't some 3d poly fest that most likely would look like trash back then. It was 2d like Valkyrie Profile. I don't remember why I sold it but still to this day I regret it, I did like the game it was interesting story and game play. I'm sure I could find this again.
The Magic of Scheherazade - NES - 1989 As anyone reading this go's "WTF IS THAT!" That is the Magic of Scheherazade, back when we could make an Arabic game and not fear for our life's. This game was very generic but that is probably why I loved it. It had Zelda like battles, it also had Illusion of Gaia like battles and weirdly enough it even had turn based final fantasy like battles. You start off picking a class and stumbling though a magic door, or if you try not to go though it you are forced at some point. You end up journeying acrossed multiple worlds of differing color shades finding friends to help you though the harshness of it all. This game was sold behind my back by family members. I woulda kept it till this very day.
Kings Field 2 - PSX - 1996Most might know this game makers from there more recent PS3 hit Demon's Souls. And any of you that's played Demon's Souls knows that you well die and die alot. Well "From Software" is known for making that type of game long before Demon's Souls. Kings Field is one series that embraced that simple learn by the seat of your pants or die trying ideal. This is the second in the series, I still own Kings Field 1 for PSX. I completely don't know what happened to my KFII, it disappeared during times I wasn't playing it and was never seen again. Sure i could just emulate it and play again but its just not the same. Specially since the PS3 runs PSX games so easily and saves them to a HDD rather then those trash memory cards that were great for portability but the more you used them the more they failed. Sure I would like it back but its not to needed since there was another Kings Field made in the early years for the PS2, and wait for them to sneak a new one onto the PS3 someday.
Cyborg Justice - Genesis - 1993This game was horribly generic and and really short. But that's not why I liked it. I liked it because despite its generic beatem up style it had its own twist that still to date no other game had really explored. First alittle story line it didn't have much of a storyline but basically you crashed on a planet. This planet is full of robots enslaved to a mother brain like character *Not really seen till the end, oops spoiler, fuck you wont play it anyway's* but basically you crashed any everyone but you died they end up transplanting your brain into a robot body. They try to wipe your memory to make you a slave and fail and thus the game begins. The twist on this game is since now you are a cyborg you are able to run around during game play and during fights and sometimes afterwords you can replace your body parts with others that might work better or personal preference. Don't like your arm? Rip someone's off and use it for yourself. It was fun at the time. I don't have a Genesis anymore so I'll stick to emulating it.
